I’m currently in Mexico, so I am unable to offer in- person sessions for the first half of 2026.

All sessions are offered online. These sessions are grounded, embodied, and just as effective as in-person work.

During our time together, I weave Reiki, talk therapy, psychoeducation, nervous-system support, somatic practices, gentle movement, meditation, and herbal/ naturopathic medicine.
